Pricing

Sale or discounted items are available while stocks last and only for the specified sale period.
Reasonable care is taken to ensure that pricing on estoreanz.arkance.world is accurate. However, ARKANCE ANZ reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel any orders that may have been processed with incorrect pricing.

Payment

ARKANCE ANZ does not receive, access, or store full credit card details, except for the expiry date and last four digits of the card number, which are retained to assist with future card identification.
All credit card details are secured using 168-bit SSL encryption to ensure the highest level of security.

Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order. ARKANCE ANZ is unable to redirect deliveries once they are in transit.
If a delivery is returned as unclaimed, refused, or incorrectly addressed, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.
ARKANCE ANZ reserves the right to adjust delivery charges for large or bulky items. You will be contacted and asked to accept these charges before your order is dispatched. If you do not agree to the charges, you will have the option to cancel the order.
If an order includes both ready-to-ship and backordered items, we can arrange for multiple shipments upon request. Additional delivery charges may apply in such cases. ARKANCE ANZ will ensure you agree to any additional charges before dispatch.

Discount Codes & Promotions

Refunds for orders where a promotional code or discount was applied will only match the amount paid after the discount was applied.
If a discount code is applied to a recurring charge or subscription, it will only apply to the first payment. Future charges will be billed at the vendor’s suggested retail price.

Software Products (Autodesk, Bluebeam & Other Software)

Pricing & Subscription Terms

Based on the subscription term you select, you will receive a term license to use Autodesk, Bluebeam, and other software products, along with associated benefits.
If your subscription includes auto-renewal, your license will automatically renew prior to the expiration of your current term, and you will be billed automatically at the start of each renewal period.

Software Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will not take effect until the end of the current subscription term.
You may submit a cancellation request at any time, but no later than two (2) business days before the renewal date.
The subscription will remain active until the end of the current term, even after cancellation.
No refunds are provided for early termination or cancellation of contracts.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
